The store name you see for your Shopify sales channel in Link My Books is a label you set during setup. It is not automatically pulled from Shopify. You can change this name at any time from your Account Settings page.
How to rename your Shopify store
Click your account name in the top right corner of the dashboard.
Select Account Settings.
Find the Shopify sales channel you want to rename.
Click the pencil/edit icon next to the channel name.
Type the new name and save your changes.
The updated name will appear across your settlements dashboard and reports immediately.
Note for additional users: Only the account holder (or users with the appropriate permissions) can rename sales channels. If you are an additional user and cannot see the edit option, please ask the account holder to make the change for you.
Good to know
Renaming your Shopify store only changes the display label in Link My Books. It does not affect your connection to Shopify or any historical settlement data.
If you have multiple Shopify stores connected, giving each a clear, descriptive name makes it easier to identify them on your dashboard.
You do not need to disconnect or reconnect your Shopify store to change its name.
