How to join the Temu integration beta

Yes — Link My Books supports Temu, currently as an early beta. How to request access, connect Temu to Xero or QuickBooks, and what to expect.

Yes — Link My Books supports Temu. The Temu integration is currently an early beta, so access isn't self-serve yet: our support team enables it for you manually. Here's how to request access and what to expect.

This applies whether you use Xero or QuickBooks — both are supported for Temu.

Before you request access: what to expect

Please read this section before requesting access, as the beta works a little differently to our fully released integrations:

  • This is an early beta. You may run into rough edges, and some features may change before full release.

  • Help documentation is still limited. We have guides on reconciling your Temu payouts (linked at the bottom of this article), but most other Temu questions are best answered by our support team directly.

  • Your data will be manually checked before you can send anything to Xero or QuickBooks. Once you've connected, a member of our Temu team reviews your account to make sure everything is mapping correctly. You won't be able to post Temu settlements to your accounting software until this check is complete (see step 3 below).

  • Temu counts as one sales channel on your plan, the same as any other channel. If you don't have space on your current plan you'll need to upgrade before adding it.

  • We'd love your feedback. Beta testers help us shape the final integration, so please tell us about anything that looks wrong or confusing.

Step 1: Send us your Temu Mall ID

To request access, message our support team (or reply to any existing support conversation) with the following:

  • That you'd like to join the Temu beta

  • Your Temu Mall ID (sometimes referred to as your Store ID or Seller ID)

  • The email address used for Link My Books account you'd like Temu added to

You can find your Mall ID in your Temu Seller Center, under your shop or account settings. If you have more than one Temu store, please send the Mall ID for each store you'd like to connect.

We can't enable beta access without your Mall ID, so please make sure it's included in your message.

Step 2: We enable beta access and you connect Temu

Once we've received your Mall ID, our support team will enable beta access on your account and let you know when it's ready. Once you've been enabled, you'll see Temu as an option when adding a new sales channel, and you can connect it in the same way as any other channel.

Temu will not appear in the sales channel list until we've enabled it for you — if you can't see it, that's why.

If you don't have space for an additional sales channel on your current plan, we'll let you know so you can upgrade first.

Step 3: Tell us once you've connected

This step is important. As soon as you've connected your Temu store, please reply to your support conversation to let us know. Every beta account needs a manual data check by our Temu team before any data can be sent to Xero or QuickBooks.

We'll confirm once the check is complete and you're clear to start posting your Temu settlements.

Reconciling your Temu payouts

Temu always pays through a single clearing account, so one bank rule will usually handle all of your payouts. Once you're up and running, see:

Questions?

Temu documentation is still limited while the integration is in beta, so if your question isn't covered by the guides above, our support team is your best source of answers. Just message us and we'll be happy to help.
