Yes, you can have multiple channels under one subscription!
The Plus, Pro and Premium subscription plans allow for multiple sales channels to be connected under one subscription (Plus - 2 channels, Pro - 5 channels, Premium - 10 channels). If you want to add more than 10 sales channels then please reach out to the support team who can open this up for you. Additionally, a Lite Plan that supports 1 sales channel is available for businesses with simpler needs.
You can learn how to add new channels here. To add a sales channel for a different client, you can invite them to complete the setup and notify the support team to ensure the correct subscription tier is applied.
Each of the following counts as one sales channel:
1x Amazon Merchant ID (for Amazon connections, there is no limit to the number of marketplaces connected via each Merchant ID)
1x eBay store
1x Etsy store
1x Shopify store
1 x Walmart store
1x TikTok Shop store
1x Square store
1x WooCommerce store
Each sales channel can be connected to the same or different Xero or QuickBooks account. This is easy to manage during setup. Additionally, multiple client accounts can be managed under one subscription, offering flexibility for accountants or businesses handling diverse accounts.
