💡 When to use this feature
If you recently turned on COGS and noticed that your older settlements don’t yet have COGS entries, you can now refresh those settlements and send all the COGS bills in one go instead of doing them manually one by one.
🧭 How to use Bulk Post COGS
Turn on COGS in your Link My Books account (if you haven’t already).
Go to your Settlements page.
Refresh any settlements that were sent before you enabled COGS.
This step regenerates the COGS entries, as settlements are locked once sent.
Select multiple settlements using the checkboxes.
Click Bulk Post COGS.
That’s it — Link My Books will send all the COGS bills in one go.
⚠️ A few important notes
If a settlement’s COGS have already been sent, the system will automatically skip it — nothing will be re-sent.
The Bulk Post COGS action only sends COGS bills. It does not re-send the settlements themselves.
