Bulk Send Settlements to Xero or QuickBooks

Send multiple settlements to your accounting software in one go, with a live progress bar so you always know where things are.

Previously, settlements could only be sent to Xero or QuickBooks one at a time. You can now select as many as you need from the dashboard and send them all in a single action — with real-time progress tracking built in. Bulk rollback, refresh, and COGS posting were already available; bulk send is the latest addition to the set.

How to bulk send settlements

Go to your Settlements dashboard, tick the checkboxes next to the settlements you want to send, then use the toolbar that appears above the table.

  1. Select the settlements you want to send using the checkboxes

  2. Click Send to Xero or Send to QuickBooks in the toolbar

  3. Confirm in the dialog that appears.

  4. A progress bar appears at the top of the page — e.g. 3 / 10 processed — with an estimated time remaining that adjusts as processing speeds up or slows down

  5. Settlement statuses update live on the dashboard as each one completes — no page refresh needed.

Good to know

  • Large batches take time — this is expected. If you're sending 20 or more settlements, your accounting provider's rate limits may cause brief pauses. The progress bar explains when this is happening, so you'll always know what's going on and when to expect it to finish.

  • You can navigate away. Processing continues in the background while you work on something else. Come back at any point and the progress bar will show you exactly where things are.

  • If a settlement fails, the failure count appears on the progress bar. You can retry any failed settlement individually — you don't need to rerun the whole batch.
