Requesting New Integrations
We are constantly working to expand our integrations and prioritize new sales channel developments based on user demand. Your input genuinely matters and helps shape our roadmap!
If you would like to request support for a platform not currently available, please submit a request via our Feature Request form or reach out directly to our team. The more users who request a specific platform, the higher it moves on our development roadmap.
Can You Still Use Link My Books if Your Sales Channel Isn't Directly Supported?
Even if your primary sales channel isn't directly supported, you may still be able to leverage Link My Books if:
Your orders are routed through a directly supported platform: For example, if you sell on an unsupported platform but your orders or payments are eventually processed and reported by a platform that Link My Books does integrate with like Shopify. For an illustration of how a platform like Shopify consolidates different payment methods into its settlement reports, you can refer to our Shopify Payment Gateways help article.
You handle data from the unsupported channel outside of Link My Books: If your sales channel allows you to export order data (e.g., as a CSV file), this data would need to be processed and entered into your accounting software (Xero or QuickBooks) separately. Link My Books will continue to automate your accounting for all your integrated sales channels.
