Navigate to the Account Settings page.

If Xero or Amazon is disconnected you will see "Status: Disconnected" as shown below:

To reconnect Xero

Click "Reset Xero Connection".

Follow the prompts on screen to log in to your Xero account and re-authorise our connection.

To reconnect Amazon

Click "Restore Amazon Connection".

Follow the prompts on screen to log into your Amazon account and re-authorise our connection.

Copy the new MWS Auth Token.

Return to the Link My Books tab, click the "Change MWS Authorisation Token" button and paste the new token into the MWS Token box on the page and click "Verify Token" as shown below:

If this does not work then please contact support and provide them with your MWS Auth Token and we can validate it manually on our end.
