How to pull in Amazon settlements that are missing
During your free trial Link My Books pulls your latest 90 days' worth of settlements from Amazon.
If you are missing settlements or you need more historical settlements follow these instructions.
To get more settlement history than the included 90 days you need to be subscribed to a plan, then follow the instructions below:
Go into your seller central account and navigate to:
Reports > Payments > All Statements
On that page should be a list of all of your past settlements from Amazon:
The older settlements will have "Request Report" beside them. On clicking that Amazon will generate Flat File V2 reports for these settlements.
Once the settlements show the "Download Flat File V2" button, as shown above, they should drop into Link My Books within 48 hours.

💡Good to know
You do not need to download the reports or send them to support.
After 2 days if your settlements are still not showing in Link My Books then please contact support and include a screenshot of your settlements in Amazon showing that the flat file V2 reports are available. At this point, you can download the files and send them to support for us to manually investigate.
If your Amazon account shows only Flat Files, not Flat File V2 buttons
This is generally caused because your seller account is still on the old version of the settlement files.
We use the Flat File V2 format and if your account is still on the old Flat File version then we can't import your settlements.
This can be resolved though - just follow these steps:
Go to your seller central account and navigate to:
Reports > Payments > All Statements
On that page should be a list of all of your past settlements from Amazon.
Under the Action column, you will see some buttons to view and download the settlements.
What you are looking for is that you have the "Flat File V2" available, as shown here:
If you don't have the "Download Flat File V2" available then please send a seller support email to Amazon that specifically requests: "Please enable the new V2 flat-file format settlement reports for my seller account".
You may need to raise the case several times or escalate the case to ensure a suitably qualified support rep from Amazon responds and actions the change.
Sometimes if you only sell through MFN and not FBA you will need to create one FBA item listing in order for them to activate the V2 reporting.
