This help article explains how to view an itemised list of your clients from the Link My Books accountant dashboard. Please note, this article is intended for accountant users only.

Head over to your accountant dashboard, and there is the option to download your active client list.

Here you can also see the order counts of each channel which can be used to help work out billing for recharging your clients.

A screenshot of the "Accountant Dashboard" in "Link My Books", showing a list of active client accounts and instructions on navigation and features. At the top, the "LINK MY BOOKS" logo is on the left, followed by navigation items: "Settlements", "Accounts & Taxes", "Inventory", and "Settings". On the far right, there's a notification icon and an Amazon logo with "AMAZON EUROPE" text below it. Below the main navigation, there's a welcome message "Welcome back eAccounts!" and the main heading "Accountant Dashboard" in orange text. To the right of the heading, there's a blue button labeled "ADD NEW CLIENT ACCOUNT". A red arrow points from "1. Click here to access the Accountant Dashboard" to the "LINK MY BOOKS" logo in the top left corner. Further down, there's a heading "Invited Clients". Below that, the main section is "Active Client Accounts". Next to this heading, there's a search icon, a download icon (shaped like a downward arrow in a box), and a "Show all client accounts" dropdown. A red arrow points from "2. Click here to download your client list" to the download icon next to "Active Client Accounts". The page displays a table of client accounts. The columns visible are: "Account Name", "Sales Channel", "Accounting Platform", "Account Taxes", "Order Count", and "Email". Each row also has a three-dot menu icon on the far right. The visible rows in the table are: * **Row 1**: Amazon logo with "Amazon EU" as "Account Name" and "Sales Channel". "Xero" as "Accounting Platform". "Account Taxes" are "Completed". "Order Count" is "932". * **Row 2**: eBay logo with "eBay" as "Account Name" and "Sales Channel". "Xero" as "Accounting Platform". "Account Taxes" are "Completed". "Order Count" is "3". * **Row 3**: Amazon logo with "Amazon EU" as "Account Name" and "Sales Channel". "Xero" as "Accounting Platform". "Account Taxes" are "Completed".
