Accountants and bookkeepers have full access to managing their clients, including adding and removing new clients. You can do this from the Link My Books accountant dashboard. This article is for accountant/bookkeeper users only.

Head over to your accountant dashboard by clicking the Link My Books logo in the top left.

Then click the 3 dots to the right of the client and remove the client from your dashboard.

A screenshot of the "Link My Books" dashboard, showing a list of "Active Client Accounts" and instructions on how to navigate the interface. At the top, the "LINK MY BOOKS" logo is on the left, followed by navigation items: "Settlements", "Accounts & Taxes", "Inventory", and "Settings". On the far right, there's a notification icon and an eBay logo with "eBay" text below it. Below the main navigation, there's a heading "Invited Clients". A red arrow points from "1. Click here to access the accountant dashboard" to the "LINK MY BOOKS" logo in the top left corner, indicating that clicking the logo leads to the dashboard. Further down, the main section is "Active Client Accounts". There are icons for search and filtering, and a "Show all client accounts" dropdown. The page displays a table of client accounts. The columns visible are: "Account Name", "Sales Channel", "Accounting Platform", "Account Taxes", "Order Count", and "Email". The first row in the table shows: * **Account Name**: An Amazon logo with "Amazon EU" * **Sales Channel**: An Amazon logo with "Amazon EU" * **Accounting Platform**: A Xero logo with "Xero" * **Account Taxes**: A document icon with "Completed" * **Order Count**: "932" * **Email**: Ellipsis (...) and a three-dot menu icon. A red arrow points from "2. Click the 3 dots to access the menu" to the three-dot menu icon for the first client account. Below this icon, a small white pop-up menu is open, containing a single option: "Remove client account" with a trash can icon next to it. The second row in the table, partially visible, shows: * **Account Name**: "A" (likely a partially visible account name) * **Sales Channel**: An eBay logo with "eBay" * **Accounting Platform**: A Xero logo with "Xero" * **Account Taxes**: A document icon with "Completed" * **Order Count**: "3" * The rest of the row is cut off.

The client will then be notified and have 14 days to accept ownership before the account is purged.
