You can now change how often your summary reports are generated and sent to your bookkeeping software: daily, weekly, or monthly.
How to change the frequency

What happens when you change the frequency?
Scenario 1: You haven’t sent any reports to your bookkeeping software yet
If you haven’t sent any summary reports to your bookkeeping software yet, we’ll delete the existing reports based on the old frequency and generate new ones based on your new choice.
Scenario 2: You’ve already sent some reports to your bookkeeping software
If you’ve already sent some reports to your bookkeeping software, the new frequency will start as soon as possible based on when summaries are typically created.
Examples:
Switching from Daily to Monthly:
On the 1st of the next month, we’ll generate a monthly summary report for the remaining days of the current month (e.g., from the 18th to the 30th of September).
Switching from Daily to Weekly:
On the next Monday, we’ll generate a weekly summary report for the last available days (e.g., from the 18th to the 22nd of September).
Switching from Monthly to Daily:
We’ll immediately generate daily summaries starting from the 1st of the current month (e.g., from the 1st of September onwards).
