Short answer: No, and the limitation is Xero, not Link My Books.
If you sell across more than one VAT jurisdiction (for example EU and UK), you might expect the VAT for each country to be separated automatically. That isn't something Link My Books or Xero can do on its own.
Why: Xero is set up to handle VAT for one country per organisation, so it can't automatically split EU VAT from UK VAT within the same account.
What to do instead: Businesses with multi-jurisdiction VAT obligations use a dedicated VAT compliance tool alongside Xero. We work closely with Simply VAT, who handle exactly this kind of multi-country VAT setup. Link My Books then takes care of the bookkeeping and reconciliation on top of that.
