Yes, you can have multiple channels under one subscription!
The Plus, Pro and Premium subscription plans allow for multiple sales channels to be connected under one subscription (Plus - 2 channels, Pro - 5 channels, Premium - 10 channels). If you want to add more than 10 sales channels then please reach out to the support team who can open this up for you. Additionally, a Lite Plan that supports 1 sales channel is available for businesses with simpler needs.
You can learn how to add new channels here. To add a sales channel for a different client, you can invite them to complete the setup and notify the support team to ensure the correct subscription tier is applied.
Each of the following counts as one sales channel:
1x Amazon Merchant ID (for Amazon connections, there is no limit to the number of marketplaces connected via each Merchant ID)
1x eBay store
1x Etsy store
1x Shopify store
1 x Walmart store
1x TikTok Shop store
1x Square store
1x WooCommerce store
1x Temu store (beta)
Each sales channel can be connected to the same or different Xero or QuickBooks account. This is easy to manage during setup. Additionally, multiple client accounts can be managed under one subscription, offering flexibility for accountants or businesses handling diverse accounts.
✅ Temu (early beta)
Temu is supported as an early beta integration, and each Temu store counts as one sales channel just like any other. Beta channels count towards your plan limit, so if you don't have space on your current plan you'll need to upgrade before adding one.

⚠️ Amazon sellers selling in multiple regions: each region usually counts as a separate channel
Although Amazon presents itself as one seller account to the merchant, Amazon assigns a separate Merchant ID for each region behind the scenes. The main regions are:
Europe (UK, DE, FR, IT, ES, NL, SE, PL, BE, TR, IE)
North America (US, CA, MX)
Far East (JP, AU, SG)
Middle East (UAE and Saudi Arabia sit together on a single Middle East connection. The tax rules and currency differ from Europe and North America, so these settlements cannot be processed under another region's connection.)
Within a single region, you can connect as many marketplaces as you like with no extra charge. Across regions, each Merchant ID is a separate connection, so a seller active in Europe + North America + Middle East counts as 3 Amazon channels, not 1.
Example: A seller active on Amazon EU, Amazon US, Amazon Middle East (UAE and Saudi), plus eBay, Etsy and Shopify has 6 sales channels in total, which falls under the Premium tier (10 channels). If the same seller chooses to process Amazon Middle East manually outside Link My Books, they drop to 5 sales channels and can move to the Pro tier instead.
