TikTok Shop payouts take 5 working days to be processed and made available via their API. Link My Books has no control over this and we make them available in your account as soon as we can.
If you have a payout from TikTok Shop that was received into your bank account more than 5 working days ago then please reach out to our support team so that we can take a closer look.
β οΈ Not seeing any new TikTok data at all?
Before checking for a processing delay, confirm your Link My Books subscription is active. If your free trial has ended or your subscription has been paused/cancelled, we stop importing new data regardless of whether TikTok has processed your payout.
To check your subscription status: go to Settings > Billing. If you see a message that your trial has ended or your plan is inactive, subscribe to a paid plan to resume data imports.
Payouts arriving from a third-party processor (e.g. eMerchantPay, Stripe Payments UK)?
In some cases, the bank deposit for a TikTok Shop payout may show as coming from a third-party payment processor rather than directly from TikTok β for example eMerchantPay or Stripe Payments UK, which TikTok uses for some sellers. This is a normal change in how TikTok routes payouts, and the funds are still your TikTok Shop sales.
However, when payouts are routed through a third-party processor, they don't always flow through Link My Books's TikTok Shop integration in the same way as a direct TikTok payout, and the corresponding settlement may not appear automatically in Link My Books.
How to recognise this scenario:
Your TikTok Shop channel still shows as connected in Link My Books
Funds are reaching your bank account on the expected schedule
The bank statement description shows eMerchantPay, Stripe Payments UK (often with a reference like "TTS7LPK-β¦"), or another processor name rather than TikTok
No matching settlement appears in Link My Books for those payouts, even after the usual 5-working-day window
π‘ What to do: contact our support team via the blue chat icon at the bottom right of the page or by emailing [email protected], and include:
The dates and amounts of the missing payouts (a screenshot of the relevant bank lines is ideal)
The matching TikTok Shop payout reports for those dates, downloaded from TikTok Seller Center under Finances > Statements (or Income statements), as Excel or CSV files
Our team can then refer this to the tech team to bring the missing settlements through manually so they can be sent to your accounting software in the normal way.
Settlements not appearing even though your channel is connected and no third-party processor is involved?
In some cases, TikTok Shop settlements may stop syncing even when everything looks correct on your end β your channel is connected, your subscription is active, and the 5-working-day window has passed. This can happen if the automatic sync between TikTok and Link My Books stalls or misses a scheduled check.
What to try first:
On the Settlements page, click Sync Now and wait a few minutes for the data to process.
Check for an orange banner at the top of the page indicating a disconnected channel. If you see one, reconnect your TikTok Shop channel via Settings > Connections.
If neither of those resolves the issue, please contact our support team. In many cases, we can trigger a manual re-sync on our end which will pull the missing settlements through within minutes. Please include the dates and amounts of the payouts you're expecting so we can verify them against what TikTok's API is returning.
