Navigate to Payments > Reports Repository in Amazon Seller Central
Select Transaction as the Report Type
Choose Month as the Reporting Date Range
Select the desired month and click Request Report
You can then navigate to Analytics > Amazon Reconciliation on Link My Books where you can use this file to reconcile your Amazon figures with Link My Books summaries.

Troubleshooting: Amazon Reconciliation Tool
The tool showed "Success!" but my reconciliation report never appeared
Occasionally the Amazon Reconciliation tool will confirm that the report was generated successfully, but the report does not appear in your dashboard. This is a known issue where the report is generated in the background but not delivered to the UI.
What to do: Contact our support team and let them know the report completed with a "Success!" message but didn't appear. Our team can retrieve the report from the backend and send it to you directly. Please include the date range you were reconciling so we can locate it quickly.
โ ๏ธ Note: If the report took a long time and you're not sure whether it completed, try refreshing the page first โ the report may already be available. If it still doesn't appear after a refresh, contact support.
