If the Reserved Balances are not reconciling then here are some quick checks:

Have you sent all of your settlement invoices from Link My Books to Xero/Quickbooks?

Are there any voided or duplicated invoices/journals in Xero or Quickbooks that my be affecting your Reserved Balances

Have you sent all of your settlement invoices from Link My Books to Xero/Quickbooks?

How can I check this?

Go to your Link My Books dashboard and check the ‘Status’ column to ensure there are no settlements showing ‘Ready to Send’. If there are, then send them to your accounting software.

Are there any voided or duplicated invoices/journals in your accounting software that may be affecting your reserved balances?

How can I check this?

In Xero go to your invoice list and use the Search tab. Ensure you ‘Include Voided and Deleted Invoices’

In Quickbooks, to check if the journal is deleted/voided, go to Settings - Audit Log - Click on All Events, Deleted/Voided Transactions

If the invoice/journal has been voided or deleted, you will need to check the reason for that.

It is possible to un-void an invoice or journal that has been voided, but you will need to resend it again from Link My Books if you have deleted it.

How do I check if my invoices/journals have been duplicated?

Use the search function with the value of your settlement payout to see if there is more than one in Xero or Quickbooks.

What else can I check?
