If you would like to post your Link My Books subscription fee invoices to Xero, please navigate to the billing page, click the invoice tab and you should see this screen.

A screenshot of the "Billing" page in the "Link My Books" application, with the "Invoices" tab selected. At the top, the heading "Billing" is visible, along with a small refresh icon and a descriptive sentence: "Here you'll find your payment invoices and can update your card on file." Below the heading, there are three tabs: "Billing & Subscription", "Invoices" (currently active, indicated by an underline), and "Plans". The "Invoices" section displays a box titled "Auto Post Link My Books Fee Invoices". * Inside this box, there's a toggle switch labeled "Automatically send new invoices to Xero", which is currently turned on (blue). * Below the toggle, a dropdown menu labeled "XERO ACCOUNT" shows "LMB Demo Xero" as the selected account. * To the left, there's a date picker field labeled "OPTIONAL START DATE" showing "2023-06-01" with a calendar icon. * To the right, there's a blue button labeled "SAVE SETTINGS". Below this "Auto Post" section, a list of invoices is displayed in a table-like format. Each invoice entry includes: * **Invoice #**: The invoice number. * **Status**: "Paid" or "Unpaid". * **Date**: The date of the invoice. * **Plan**: "true" (indicating a plan is associated). * **Total**: The total amount of the invoice in GBP (£). * A dropdown arrow on the far right. The visible invoice entries are: * **6FE8FB3A-0003**: Status "Paid", Date "16 May 2023", Plan "true", Total "£15.60". * **6FE8FB3A-0002**: Status "Paid", Date "11 May 2023", Plan "true", Total "£15.60". * **6FE8FB3A-0001**: Status "Unpaid" (in red text), Date "27 Oct 2022", Plan "true", Total "£498.00".
  1. Toggle on Automatically send new invoices to Xero

  2. Select the Xero Account to send invoices to

  3. Select an Optional Start Date, then click Save Settings

If no start date is selected then only future Link My Books invoices will be auto-posted to Xero for you.

Please note that if you have already manually sent these invoices to Xero, backdating auto-post will duplicate them.
