If you would like to change your accounting software from QuickBooks to Xero or vice versa please follow the steps below. (Please note you will not be able to retrieve data from the original connection once this is complete.)
1) Please make sure you have sent any settlements that need to be sent to your original accounts package.
2) If applicable download your Product Costs and Product Group Information.
3) If you have not used the Link My Books defaults in your Accounts and Taxes mapping please take a screenshot of your Accounts and Taxes mappings page.
4) Email [email protected] from the email address that is the Link My Books account owner and request that we purge (delete) your existing account so you can connect with a new accounts package.
5) Once this is completed please follow the steps in the help article How to connect additional sales channels.
If you cannot see the option to add a sales channel please use this link and the option will appear.
