Link My Books looks up the details of every single order in Shopify in order to correctly group them as part of our summaries.
Part of this check is to find the SKU information.
In very rare occasions Shopify deletes the order from its system meaning it is not possible for us to look up the details.
Since we need a SKU for every order to correctly process it, we have to create a fictitious SKU in these cases.
We name these SKUs missing-shopify-sku-[transaction ID].
We do this so that you can raise a case with Shopify to ask them why this transactions order is missing from their system.
