When you connect Link My Books to Amazon, we import the following reports:

Settlement Reports

VAT Transaction Reports (EU accounts only)

Order List Reports

Product SKU and Title Information

Month End Inventory Reports

We only store the information we need to accurately account for your sales and fees, meaning no customer data other than country of arrival is kept in our database.

We use Google Cloud and Cloudflare to ensure that the data we store is kept safe. Read more in our Data Retention Policy.

Once we have processed the reports they will show in your Link My Books Amazon Settlements, where you can then review them and send them to Xero.
