Occasionally Link My Books can lose the connection to Xero or
QuickBooks. This is nothing to worry about, it simply means that our attempt to reconnect to Xero has timed out for some reason.
To resolve this, simply go to the Account Settings page and click on the Reconnect Xero/QuickBooks option from the action menu:
Link My Books will then try to reset the connection. You may be prompted to re-approve the connection on Xero/QuickBooks at this point.
