It is possible to change the email address you use with Link My Books.
The new email address must however be linked to either a Xero, Intuit (QuickBooks) or a Google Account as these are the only options that you are able to sign in via.
The support team will need to assist you with the changeover as they will need to migrate your sales channels across to your new email address
From your existing login, you will need to add your new email address as an additional user to your sales channels.

You will need to accept the invitation and sign in via the new email to complete the set-up of adding a new user to your account.
Once you have done this please contact the support team from your current email address so they can assist you further.
