Occasionally Link My Books can lose the connection to Xero. This is nothing to worry about it just means that when we have tried to re-connect to Xero it has times out for some reason.
To resolve this, simply go to the Account Settings page and click on the "Reset Xero Connection" button. Link My Books will then try to reset the connection. You may be prompted to re-approve the connection on Xero at this point.
